Arsenal seeking closer to \u20ac60m+. Talks ongoing,&#8221; Jacobs posted on social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Paris Saint-Germain&#8217;s Bradley Barcola has been suggested as a replacement for Martinelli, but the winger is also a Liverpool target.
