I don\u2019t believe that all clubs currently have that capacity. If they were given that freedom,&nbsp;<strong>many more top players would join and help grow the sport here<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the main obstacles for MLS teams is the&nbsp;<strong>salary cap<\/strong>, which restricts how much clubs can spend overall.
