The 35-year-old England right-back has been in talks with the Toffees officials since his return from a loan spell at AC Milan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Everton and Manchester City will now have to decide whether the deal will be a permanent transfer or a 12-month loan as Walker completes the final year of his contract with the Citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fulham also showed interest in the experienced defender, but were unable to meet the financial conditions necessary to complete the deal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Walker has decided to commit to the Everton project after a season in Serie A and a brilliant spell at Manchester City, where he won 17 titles, including six Premier League championships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He is currently in New York for a short visit before heading to Jamaica for a two-week holiday.
