Jude Bellingham supported Fede Valverde’s via a comment on an Instagram post from the Uruguayan midfielder after he apologised for his late mistake that led to Athletic Bilbao’s winning goal.
Real Madrid continue to create doubts and have not been on a good run this season. When it seemed that ‘Los Blancos’ were about to take the lead in La Liga, they suffered an unexpected defeat away from home against Athletic Bilbao.
Although the ‘Merengues’ grabbed a late equaliser through Jude Bellingham, a few minutes later a serious mistake by Valverde while playing the ball out from the back led to Athletic Bilbao’s winning goal.
The Uruguayan midfielder wanted to apologise through a post on his Instagram account. “Today was a hard blow, but I take responsibility, I stand up for myself and I apologise. For my teammates and the fans. I know it’s football and these are things that can happen, but they are not alien to me and I didn’t want to stop expressing myself for the mistake I made.
Jude Bellingham acted as if he was captain of Real Madrid and wanted to support Valverde in a commentary, in which he pointed out that when they win they win together, and when they lose they lose together. “No apology needed – win and lose together, always”.
