Barcelona have finally made their new away kit for the 2024/25 season official. They intend to use it for the first time against Girona in the next La Liga fixture.
Barcelona finally announced on Wednesday their new away kit for the 2024/25 season, in which black is the predominant colour as in the 2011/12, 2013/14 and 2020/21 campaigns.
It is the fourth time in history that the club will wear this colour, although this time the shirt also has red and blue details on the side stripes and the edges of the badge, the inside of which is black and in the centre as in the first kit, and the Nike logo.
The other sponsors, in red, also break with the darkness of the shirt, designed with Dri-FIT ADV technology, an innovative fabric that provides players with mobility, breathability and ventilation for maximum performance.
Barcelona hope to use their new kit on 15 September against Girona after not being able to use it in the first four La Liga games and having to play with last season’s away kit against Valencia.
