German defender Antonio Rudiger completed his recovery on Friday from the muscular problems he has been carrying since the start of the week. The defender worked with the rest of the squad in Real Madrid’ ‘s fourth training session of the week ahead of a Saturday in which their game against Valencia at the Mestalla was postponed as a result of the DANA.
Carlo Ancelotti‘s side have their next game on Tuesday when they host Milan in the fourth round of the Champions League. The Italian coach will be without Rodrygo Goes and Thibaut Courtois for the game.
The Brazilian is completing his recovery from the right femoral biceps muscle injury he suffered nine days ago, as is the Belgian goalkeeper who sustained an adductor injury in his left leg. Both worked on the pitch at the Ciudad Deportiva Real Madrid de Valdebebas and are expected to be available for the next league game, on Saturday 9 November against Osasuna at the Santiago Bernabéu.
With these absentees, in addition to the long-term absences of David Alaba and Dani Carvajal, Ancelotti began to focus his preparations on Milan, with tactical work before finishing the session with the usual small-sided games and shots on goal.
